What is your radiotherapy plan for a patient with primary colorectal cancer s/p local treatment and a single metastatic liver dome nodule that was resected with pathology showing tumor involving adjacent diaphragm?

Patient initially diagnosed with de novo oligo-metastatic rectal cancer with liver metastasis and underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy, chemo RT to the rectal primary, and then liver metastasectomy. Roughly two years later he was found to have recurrence of the liver metastasis s/p FOLFIRI and resection. What is the details of your radiotherapy plan including simulation, dose and fractionation and margins?
