What is your treatment approach for Iatrogenic Immunodeficiency-Associated B Cell Lymphoma?

There is some data that IALPDs may undergo spontaneous remission after drug withdrawal. How long of a trial would you give a patient with IALPD, and what is your treatment recommendation if they do not undergo remission when the inciting drug is removed?
