Protein 30-40 grams a day. These skinny dieters who only eat fish aren't getting enough. I do check iron and ferritin and get ferritin to at least 50, even 60-70 for shedding hair.

I really like untangled by foundation skincare.

It depends on the type of hair loss- I check iron and vitamin D for all patients. If I favor telogen effluvium-then I like to supplement L-cysteine (500mg BID) with a zinc supplement. If I favor androgenetic alopecia, sometimes I like to add in saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil in addition to L cyst...
