What opportunities do you see for combining xanomeline-tropsium (Cobenfy) with other anti-psychotic agents?

Xanomeline-tropsium has less weight gain, less EPS, no effect with smoking for patients who require clozapine, olanzapine, loxapine.

It can be used as a sole agent. I think it’s being looked as an adjunct. You don’t want any agents with strong anticholinergic properties.
