T3+ or poor KPS, we don't use SpaceOAR.

At the time, I use Hydrogel for brachytherapy patients, after evaluation of the space between the prostate and rectum.

Those on next generation anticoagulants (i.e., not ASA) or those with inflammatory bowel disease (those are the indications that CCO pays for the kit).
