What signs and symptoms in a patient are you having GI evaluate for an EGID?

EoE tends to have more esophageal symptoms so this not not often confused with EGIDs. In allergy, we tend to see a lot of older individuals with food intolerances causing bloating, gas, nausea, diarrhea and I wonder if these are under diagnosed symptoms that may be EGIDs. What patients are you initiating this work up for?
