What treatment would you recommend for a small (<3cm) lung metastasis from oligometastatic anal squamous cell carcinoma?

When treating oligometastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the anus to the lung (single lesion 2.5 cm in size), would you recommend SBRT, RFA or surgery? Would you treat with surgery, SBRT, or RFA? Would your recommendation be different than for lung metastases from other sites?
