When do you start temozolomide with RT for high grade glioma?
Do you feel that it must start on day 1 with RT, as strict as even 4h prior to RT (recommended by some folks for maximal “Radiosensitization”)? Along those lines, is there evidence to support TMZ as a radiosensitizer?

Radiobiological experiments have shown radiosensitization with concurrent TMZ and RT, with highest cell kill when given together followed by the sequence of TMZ followed by RT, with worse killing when TMZ is done after RT.
