When should multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) be utilized in prostate cancer workup?

Should it be routinely used for all patients? Or should it be used for specific risk groups such as unfavorable intermediate risk patients to rule out high risk disase, or to help make treatment therapy decisions (active surveillance, ADT, surgery vs RT), etc? How would the result of the mpMRI change your treatment management?

Great question. I agree with Drew and can elaborate a little more on our experience.
