I prefer, most of the time, between the cycles of chemotherapy (1 to 3) based on logistics.

Usually by cycle 1 of chemotherapy, the patient has not had sufficient time for vaginal cuff healing. Thus, most of my brachytherapy in these interdigitated scenarios is done between cycles 2 and 3 or between cycles 3 and 4.
