When treating pT3 bladder cancer adjuvantly with negative margins, do you include the cystectomy bed?

Now in the salvage setting again pT3 margins negative, if patient has a pelvic side wall recurrence, would you treat only the involved lymph node or include all pelvic lymph nodes, or all pelvic lymph nodes and cystectomy bed? What dose would you give to gross recurrence and would you give SIB or sequential boost if treating all pelvic lymph nodes with boost to gross recurrence?
