When utilizing the Canadian Regimen of 4256cgy/16 fxn- what boost dose and fractionation are you using?
We use 2.5 Gy x 4 after 42.5 Gy in 16 fractions for a total of 20 fractions.

I have been boosting 2Gyx5 without changing the number of fractions from 16. I am considering changing to 2.5x4 as well.
I use 2.66 Gy x 4 when I boost these patients (which is pretty much the same as 2.5 Gy x 4). I prefer this dose because it is close to the BED of standard fractionation of 50 Gy + 12 Gy boost.
