Will you extrapolate the results of ASTER 70s showing no benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy in high genomic grade index elderly patients with early stage ER+ breast cancer, to those with high oncotype > 25?
Are there sufficient similarities or differences in the two assays to permit extrapolation?
