Would you consider omitting breast radiation in a male with early stage breast cancer who has undergone BCT?
If a male has early stage breast cancer and would otherwise meet criteria for the CALGB or PRIME II trials, would omission of radiation be an option? As far as I know none of the trials looking at omission of radiation included men. Would presence or absence of BRCA positivity influence your decision?

We normally favor complete mastectomy and more so if BRCA2 is positive. This way we can avoid RT.
