Yes, I would consider the use of platinum agent again, especially if it has been a long time since their last platinum therapy. I could consider the use of Cisplatin in this case or Carboplatin.

Yes, I would consider retrying a platinum in combination with another agent.

In particular, I have had good anecdotal success with cis/cytoxan in this population (especially with BRCA deleterious mutation).
