Would you consider use of tumor mutational burden as a surrogate for pembrolizumab effectiveness in patients with MSI-stable advanced cancers?
Some patients are MSI-stable or low, yet still have a high TMB. Early data suggests these pts may still benefit from pembrolizumab.
