Would you give adjuvant radiation after complete resection of a small primary cutaneous follicular lymphoma of the scalp?
If so, would you treat with 4 Gy or 24 Gy?

To offer an in-between option...I have seen small primary cutaneous lymphomas before that were essentially resected by the biopsy procedure. I have typically treated these with 4 Gy in 2 fractions.
