Would you offer adjuvant chemotherapy for MSI-H Stage II colon cancer with multiple high risk features?

eg LVI/PNI, poorly differentiated? If so, what regimen and for how long?

If there were a tumor deposit in the original tumor specimen, then this would no longer be a stage II tumor, and I would certainly agree with the need for adjuvant chemotherap...
