I think radiotherapy can selectively be considered in patients like this.

Unfortunately, there is no data I'm aware of to support this type of approach. In the absence of data, the question is, what is the goal of treating this patient in this manner? I would typically favor a maintenance chemotherapy approach to minimize toxicity, rather than a consolidative approach. Re...
