I do not consider prior RAI a contraindication to RT and would offer RT for glottic SCC in this setting.

Likewise, I also don't consider time from RAI, though if very recent, my gut would want to wait some reasonable period of time to ensure any immediate effects are resolved and no issues when RT s...
