Would you offer definitive radiation therapy for extracranial schwannoma located in the neck?  

Tumor factors: Neck mass, 6 cm in length, biopsy proven schwannoma. No extension into base of skull

Patient factors: No dysphagia, no dysphonia i.e. asymptomatic 

Surgical team is concerned about post op complications (swallowing/speaking)
