Would you offer T-DM1 to a patient with a history of FNH of liver?

The label states that T-DM1 should be stopped in patients who develop FNH- what if the patient already has it, meets criteria for TDM-1 for residual disease, and has tolerated TCHP with only a mild increase in ALT?
