Would you omit IMN coverage in cN1 TNBC with a CR after neoadjuvant chemo?
While we are waiting for results from B51, could we omit internal mammary radiation in triple negative, cT1N1 breast cancet pts who have a complete pathologic response both in the breast and the axilla after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and breast conservation surgery?

My practice has been to offer RNI in patients with cN1 disease with pCR in axilla outside of a trial.
For TNBC in this situation, I would absolutely include IMNs in my RNI fields.
