Would you omit RT as part of TNT for a rectal cancer with a good response by MRI?

If a rectal cancer goes from a cT3N0 to a cT2N0 with chemotherapy, can RT be omitted? Does tumor location (mid/upper vs lower) or patient age affect your decision?
