Would you recommend adjuvant radiation for a large dedifferentiated anterior abdominal wall liposarcoma?
Would you offer radiation to the large field due to focally positive well-differentiated disease, if it is very large in size (17 cm dedifferentiated disease)? Or defer XRT? There is a good amount of small bowel near the resection bed.

When I have the opportunity to evaluate such a patient before treatment begins, I strongly favor pre-operative radiation with conventional fractionation and margins.
