Would you recommend adjuvant radiation for a large dedifferentiated anterior abdominal wall liposarcoma?  

Would you offer radiation to the large field due to focally positive well-differentiated disease, if it is very large in size (17cm dedifferentiated disease)?  or defer XRT?  There is a good amount of small bowel near the resection bed.
