Would you recommend APBI in an otherwise "suitable" patient who has had a previous history of estrogen replacement therapy prior to early stage breast cancer diagnosis?

There is anecdotal concern regarding history of estrogen replacement therapy causing stimulation of breast tissue and therefore potentially increased microscopic disease in other areas of breast tissue
