HOLeP is not a cancer treatment, so prostate cancer patients still require definitive XRT.

In terms of fractionation scheme, limited data in this scenario: Laughlin et al., PMID 35790091.

Of 18 Mayo clinic patients, most got conventional, while 3 got mod hypofx and 1 got SBRT.
