Can you re-treat vertebral metastases with SBRT?

If a patient had 35 Gy in 5 fractions to a vertebral bone metastasis with SBRT two years ago, how much more can I give now to the whole vertebra with spinal cord included? The previous treatment included half the width of the spinal cord at that level of vertebra.
