I do not have specific safety concerns regarding the use of GLP-1 agonists in patients taking steroids or immunosuppressants, as I'm not aware of any data suggesting that these patients are at higher risk than anyone else.

No, I don't have any safety concerns, and this was kind of shown through the Together-PsA study. There were no different adverse events than those that would be seen with either drug alone. So no worries in prescribing both.
