Do you have safety concerns when prescribing GLP-1 medications in patients on corticosteroids or immunosuppressive therapy?

I do not have specific safety concerns regarding the use of GLP-1 agonists in patients taking steroids or immunosuppressants, as I'm not aware of any data suggesting that these patients are at higher risk than anyone else.
