Do you hold maintenance lenalidomide or bortezomib for a patient who needs a surgery?
For example, for joing replacement surgery? Do you hold the revlimid for certain about of time before and after?

In general, I do not recommend holding maintenance lenalidomide or bortezomib for surgery.
