Do you incorporate carboplatin into the treatment for triple negative breast cancer?

The GeparSixto, CALGB 40603, and more recently Prospero support doing it; however, it is not currently endorsed by NCCN and the latter Prospero study calls into question its role in BRCA mutated tumors, contradictory to the TnT study results. Based on this information, in which scenario would you consider it?
