Do you recommend elective nodal irradiation when treating unresectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma?

ASTRO 2019 guidelines conditionally recommends elective nodal RT in unresectable pancreatic cancer. However, NCCN states that ELNI is controversial in locally advanced and borderline resectable patients.
