Do you recommend irradiating the remaining penis and pelvis vs pelvis alone in a patient with partial penectomy with negative margins who has multiple, positive groin nodes with ECE?
Concern about tolerability of treatment in adding radiation to the penis given primary mode of failure will be distant.

Generally agree with the comments by Dr. @Krishnan Patel. The NCCN guidelines tend to recommend chemotherapy followed by node dissection without planned radiation. Unfortunately, there aren’t any good clinical studies to define the optimal treatment in this scenario. Based on extrapolation from vulvar or H&N SCC treatment principles, adjuvant radiotherapy would be expected to improve at least the in-field control. In the situation of positive inguina...
