Yes, it does.

You can use antroduodenal manometry to measure pyloric pressure. If high, the patient is a good candidate for G-POEM.

If antroduodenal manometry shows low-amplitude contractions, be cautious with G-POEM.

Nowadays, we often use EndoFLIP on the pylorus.
