For early stage breast cancer patients with discordant HER2 testing (dual ISH vs FISH) results on surgical specimen, how do you proceed in terms of adjuvant therapy?
We have two institutions utilizing different HER2 ISH assays that has resulted in some discordant results. This has made for some interesting adjuvant discussions.
