How are you integrating IMRT into whole brain radiation for brain metastases?

Whole brain radiation therapy with IMRT for hippocampal avoidance with memantine should be considered the standard of care for patients not eligible for SRS.

I agree with @Dr. First Last that HA-WBRT is preferred over WBRT, in patients not eligible for SRS.

As a Canadian Radiation Oncologist primarily managing lung cancer, I cannot comment on memantine nor challenges in obtaining insurance coverage (Hurray for universal access to HA-WBRT and SRS!)
