How are you integrating IMRT into whole brain radiation for brain metastases?
Are you waiting for final publication of NRG CC-001?

Whole brain radiation therapy with IMRT for hippocampal avoidance with memantine should be considered the standard of care for patients not eligible for SRS.

I agree with @Paul W. Sperduto that HA-WBRT is preferred over WBRT, in patients not eligible for SRS.As a Canadian Radiation Oncologist primarily managing lung cancer, I cannot comment on memantine nor challenges in obtaining insurance coverage (Hurray for universal access to HA-WBRT and SRS!)&...
