How do you apply the concept of a lumpectomy bed boost in the setting of oncoplastic surgery?  

After multiple adjacent tissue transfers it is difficult to define a "tumor bed" with oncoplastic surgery.  Surgical clips are often useful in aiding this delineation in standard lumpectomies, but can clip location even be considered a useful surrogate with oncoplastic techniques?
