How do you approach locally advanced gastric cancer with no pathologic treatment response to preoperative chemo?
Do you recommend changing the chemotherapy regimen post-operatively? Do you recommend post-operative chemoradiation?

The prognosis in patients who have not responded to preoperative chemotherapy is relatively poor.
