How do you approach re-irradiation over the lumbosacral plexus in the setting of prior SBRT?

If a patient was treated to 24 Gy in 3 fractions for an oligometastatic sacroiliac lesion one year ago and is now presenting with recurrence at this previously treated site, would you offer re-treatment? If so, what dose/fractionation limits would you use?
