I would treat with curative treatment for 7-10 days and then, if possible, treat with chronic suppressive low-dose oral therapy (depending on susceptibility data available) until the stone can be definitively removed/the source of infection removed.

Oral suppressive therapy is a weak response as is the stone is not removed it will lead to resistance.
