How would you elect to treat a patient with asymptomatic vertebral metastasis after vertebral augmentation?

In an asymptomatic patient with more than oligometastatic disease and significant involvement of a vertebral body (but no epidural extension), how do you treat the vertebral body metastasis after vertebral augmentation?

Is 30 Gy in 10 fraction adequate to prevent cord compression in this instance?

Alternatively, is SBRT indicated even though the patient is beyond the definition of oligometastatic?
