GOG 264 showed Paclitaxel/Carboplatin had a more favorable side effect profile and NCCN says this is the preferred regimen, with EP +/- Bleomycin listed as an alternative. However, other sources (e.g., UpToDate) suggest BEP for patients with adequate performance status.
