How would you treat a young woman with refractory ITP surrounding pregnancy who responds to fostamatinib?
Brief responses to steroids, no response to IVIG and rituximab. What treatment would you offer while attempting pregnancy and once pregnant, what do you keep her on? Platelets without treatment 10-12K. No history of thrombosis.
