How would you treat an adult with a desmoplastic small round cell tumor?

Specifically, this patient had Hodgkin's with mantle irradiation 20 years prior and disease is now in the parotid. If full chemotherapy could not be delivered due to lifetime dosing, would this change your radiation dose?
