Pembro is continued throughout the course of treatment.

Initially, every 3 weeks for 5 cycles with concurrent chemo RT plus brachy and then every 6 weeks for 15.

No - I personally don't love it being given the same day as brachytherapy (and timing logistics is frequently its own challenge to this), but I'm fine with it being given between brachytherapy treatments. As was done on KEYNOTE-A18.

That being said, the patients who should be getting ICI are limited ...
