Since standard of care is BID treatment (45Gy in 30 fractions), that may be a reasonable option. And a recent abstract suggests a benefit with escalating BID to 60Gy (in 40 fractions), And therefore it would be reasonable to go to this higher dose given that the patient will not be receiving chemo. ...
