53 year-old postmenopausal woman of European descent with pernicious anemia, celiac disease complicated by vitamin D deficiency (now resolved), and history of gastric NET and adenocarcinoma s/p resection in 2016 (no radiation exposure ever) with L spine T score of -3.3 to -3.5 and hip T score of -2.5. No history of fractures and secondary work-up for osteoporosis negative.

Patient prefers Forteo (considering Reclast, if contraindicated). 

Is anabolic therapy safe in this situation? Is there any literature or case reports published on this matter?
