Agree there are no prospective series, that would guide hypofractionation in genycological cancers, esp in the post op setting. However, there are enough data in other sites, that hypofractionated RT works well for microscopic disease and in adjuvant settings, breast cancer regimens (42.5/16 or 40/1...
