Is there evidence that radiotherapy to less than all sites of oligometastatic prostate cancer is beneficial?
For example, for a biochemically recurrent patient now with 4 PSMA PET+ nodes, if one of those PSMA+ pelvic nodes is within the prior field and adjacent to previously irradiated bowel/bladder near normal tissue tolerance levels before, would there be any value in irradiating the 3 other oligometastatic nodes?

The ORIOLE trial referenced above helps to answer this question.
